[Remote] Product Lifecycle Management to SysMod Engineer - FULLTIME TELEWORK

Responsibilities
- This role focuses on the full solution from architecture through deployment: solution architecture, requirements, process and solution development, requirement verification/evaluation and test, deployment across the model‑based environment
Skills
- 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field
- Experience across multiple disciplines, including systems engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, and testing
- Proven ability to apply this experience to drive the development of complex solutions
- Experience with PLM concepts: change notice, revision lifecycle, object type limitations, and object-linking functionality
- Experience developing and delivering MBSE artifacts (system structure, behavior, requirements, and parameters) to support the engineering product lifecycle
- Experience creating model-based System Architecture solutions, including definition of structure, behavior, interfaces, and data flows
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into coherent system architectures
- Strong expertise in at least one of the following tools and familiarity with all: PTC Windchill, System Modeling tools (e.g. Cameo, Rhapsody), Requirements Management (e.g. DOORS)
- Prior experience defining and driving implementation of new capabilities, tools, processes
- Experience with enterprise/system of systems design and/or integration
- Experience with technologies utilized for establishing and connecting digital threads (e.g. OSLC, eQube)
- Experience in translating requirements and needs into conceptual processes that operate within limitations of tools, LM command media and existing LM processes
- Current LM Systems Architect certification, at the Qualified level or higher
- Background in model‑based architecture frameworks (DoDAF, MODAF, UAF)
- Test planning and execution experience
- Proficiency in writing plays, training guides, or instructional materials
- Experience with Agile development tools, techniques and associated business rhythms
