[Remote] Producer Recruiter - Southwest
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. USI Insurance Services is one of the largest insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the world. They are seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Consultant responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for assigned regions, focusing on building candidate pipelines for Producer, Leadership, and Non-Production roles.
Responsibilities
- Influence; guide and partner with internal managers both remote and in person to identify, attract, assess and hire the best talent
- Directly research and source passive candidates through multiple channels including internet prospecting, networking, employee referrals, research, internet ads, database searches, etc. to fill open hiring needs
- Input job postings, prospect data, job requisitions, candidate information and relevant notes in recruitment database/ATS
- Manage daily required activity to meet goals; sourcing, calling prospects, discussing the USI employee value proposition, phone screening, scheduling meetings and managing the candidate through the entire process
- Facilitate candidate testing & evaluations
- Debrief managers and candidates
- Negotiate offers; close and 'post close' candidates
- Conduct reference checks (via automated tool)
- Work with peer group to establish best practices; ensure consistent brand marketing/USI message; share leads and competitive intelligence
- Involved with the tracking of key metrics
Skills
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment in a sales environment experience required for production roles -- agency & corporate/business preferred for all other roles
- Superior Research and Sourcing skills and a willingness/enthusiasm for cold calling is essential
- Self-starter with a superior work ethic and a defined sense of urgency is a must
- Strong ability to fully manage 'client' relationships with hiring managers -- strong/proactive communicator, strong degree of confidence, ability to fully partner on their staffing needs
- Excellent verbal & written communication and administrative skills (i.e. MS Office; creating metrics in excel; inputting data in recruitment software)
- An understanding and appreciation of broader Human Resources practices and success in navigating a highly matrixed organization is necessary
- Exceptionally strong analytical ability and superior work ethic
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing information and ideas so others easily understand
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and situation with discretion
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- 4 year degree preferred
- Insurance or Financial Services recruitment experience is ideal
