Makers is a producer-led creative production company that collaborates with brands and agencies to bring content and experiences to life. They are looking for Producers at various levels to lead or support content productions, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support content productions from scope through delivery, depending on your level
- Build and manage timelines, budgets, and production plans
- Coordinate with clients, creatives, vendors, and internal teams
- Translate creative ideas into clear, executable plans
- Manage logistics, communication, and day-to-day project flow
- Support or lead on-set execution, ensuring things run smoothly
- Anticipate challenges and solve problems in real time
- Contribute to a culture of strong, thoughtful, and collaborative production
Skills
- Experience in content production (level will vary — we're open)
- A strong interest in how things get made, from idea through execution
- Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage moving parts
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different types of people
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
