[Remote] Process Serving Operations Specialist (Remote – Florida)

They are expanding their remote operations team and hiring a Process Serving Operations Specialist to help close out jobs, verify details, and prepare affidavits with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Review job notes, invoices and proof of service documentation for accuracy
- Prepare and finalize affidavits of service and non-service
- Communicate with process servers and clients regarding case updates and status
- Close out completed jobs within deadlines and maintain detailed records
- Assist with e-filing and document submission where applicable
- Ensure all service attempts and affidavits meet state compliance standards
Skills
- Prior experience in process serving or legal support
- Working knowledge of affidavits, proofs of service, and legal filings
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computer systems, email, and online case portals
- Reliable remote setup and professional communication skills
- Located in Florida (preferred, not required) must know Florida's service of process laws
- Experience with Process Server Toolbox (PST) or similar systems
- Familiarity with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
- Basic understanding of court filing systems and e-filing processes
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
