[Remote] Private Client Producer

As a Private Client Producer, you will work closely with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, manage relationships, and contribute to client retention while mentoring colleagues in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Connect with new and existing clients to understand their personal insurance needs and provide customized solutions
- Manage client relationships, ensuring they receive the best service and support
- Develop strategies to grow our client base and retain long-term relationships
- Mentor colleagues, sharing your expertise to help them succeed
- Contribute to reducing risks and protecting what matters most to our clients
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required
- Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience
- A knack for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- The ability to explain complex insurance solutions in simple terms
- A proactive approach to identifying and seizing new opportunities
- Experience in managing client accounts and delivering excellent service
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
