[Remote] Principal Specialist, Military Engines - General Finance (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Principal Specialist in Military Engines - General Finance. This role involves managing analytical, financial, operational, and contracting activities to facilitate the progression to a negotiated Multi Year Procurement agreement.
Responsibilities
- Financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Pricing and estimating (ROM and formal proposal)
- Volume and demand planning
- Investment and capacity modeling
- Supply chain integration and supplier flowdown
- Contract T&Cs strategy and proposal development
- Cross‑functional integration across Ops, SC, Finance, Programs, and Sustainment
- Support for executive briefings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required with at least 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance; OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Working experience in Financial Modeling, Business Case Development, Forecasting, Sensitivity Analysis, Linear Modeling, Machine Learning
- Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver accurate reporting to internal and external customers, including senior leadership
- Strong data analytics skills and interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals and/or team at all levels
- Organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication
