[Remote] Principal Product Manager, Technical
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Qoob Technologies is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Technical to help take their product from beta launch to scaled consumer adoption. This role involves leading product strategy and execution to grow Qoob's B2C product while collaborating with various teams to ensure user engagement and product success.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Qoob’s B2C growth, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization opportunities
- Translate user insights, behavioral data, market signals, and business goals into clear product priorities
- Lead product-led go-to-market efforts for new features, onboarding flows, growth loops, lifecycle experiences, and user engagement initiatives
- Work closely with engineering and design to ship fast, learn quickly, and continuously improve the user experience
- Define and manage product requirements, success metrics, experiments, and launch plans
- Build and optimize the full user journey, including onboarding, habit formation, re-engagement, referrals, and daily active usage
- Conduct rapid structured experiments across product, funnel, and lifecycle touchpoints
- Use data, customer feedback, and qualitative research to identify opportunities and make product decisions
- Help define the operating rhythm, product processes, and team structure needed to scale the product organization
- Serve as a bridge between technical execution, business priorities, and user needs
- Bring structure to ambiguity and help the company make clear product tradeoffs as we scale
Skills
- 7 to 12+ years of product management experience, ideally with technical products, consumer apps, AI products, search, marketplaces, or high-growth B2C products
- Direct experience driving go-to-market strategy for B2C products, not just building features
- Successfully launched, scaled, or meaningfully grown a consumer product
- Understand product-led growth, onboarding, activation, retention, engagement loops, lifecycle strategy, and user analytics
- Comfortable working closely with engineering and can translate technical complexity into clear product decisions
- Strong analytical mindset and know how to use data to prioritize, measure, and iterate
- Equally comfortable defining strategy and getting into the details of execution
- Builder mentality and thrive in early-stage environments where the playbook does not yet exist
- Can move quickly without creating chaos
- Strong at simplifying ambiguity into clear priorities, product requirements, and execution plans
- Care deeply about user experience and understand how product decisions connect to business outcomes
- Experience working in startups, fast-paced teams, or zero-to-one environments
- Experience with AI-native products, search products, recommendation systems, personalization, or decision-support tools
- Experience building products with strong consumer behavior, habit formation, or retention dynamics
- Experience with paid acquisition, organic growth, referral systems, lifecycle marketing, or product-led GTM
- Experience hiring or mentoring product managers, designers, analysts, or cross-functional product teams
- Technical background, computer science education, or prior experience working deeply with engineering teams
