[Remote] Principal Industry Product Manager - NetSuite Nonprofit & Organizations

NetSuite is a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise resource planning solutions, and they are seeking a Principal Industry Product Manager for Nonprofits & Organizations. This role involves defining product strategy and market direction for the nonprofit sector, focusing on AI-driven ERP solutions and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the industry product strategy and roadmap direction for Nonprofits & Organizations within NetSuite ERP
- Identify critical needs of nonprofits, including fund accounting, compliance, transparency, and program impact tracking, and convert insights into clear strategic priorities
- Establish NetSuite’s point of view on how AI-enabled ERP solutions can transform mission delivery, efficiency, and stakeholder engagement for nonprofits
- Engage directly with nonprofit customers, sector partners, and thought leaders to validate strategy and guide roadmap decisions
- Influence analyst positioning, industry messaging, and executive narratives to reflect nonprofit sector priorities and differentiators
- Define AI-driven industry use cases across donor management, grant tracking, program impact analysis, fundraising efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with platform and AI teams to ensure the nonprofit sector’s needs drive investment decisions
- Innovate around ways AI and automation can increase transparency and operational efficiency for mission-driven organizations
- Drive development and ownership of platform applications for Nonprofit & Organizations industries
- Drive outcomes across sector ARR growth, pipeline influence, adoption, and account expansion within the nonprofit Industry
- Inform packaging, positioning, and GTM strategy through nonprofit-specific value propositions
- Provide strategic input into pricing, bundling, and monetization approaches tailored to the nonprofit sector
- Lead through influence—partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align nonprofit strategy with product execution
- Provide clarity and prioritization that enables teams to efficiently deliver sector-focused enhancements and features
- Operate independently with limited guidance on approach, consistent with IC4 expectations
Skills
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or industry solution leadership
- Knowledge or Expertise in nonprofit sector operations, funding models, program management, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong ERP background: NetSuite experience strongly preferred
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteCloud Platform and AI is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to define and scale industry-specific enterprise software solutions
- Demonstrated success operating at director-level altitude as an individual contributor
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder influence skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, mission-driven environments
- Experience with AI-powered enterprise platforms
- Exposure to analyst relations or industry evangelism
- MBA or equivalent business education

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
