We are on the lookout for a dedicated Remote Special Education Teacher who is passionate about empowering students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities  Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students with various disabilities.  Deliver dynamic and engaging online lessons that accommodate each student s learning style.  Regularly assess student progress and modify teaching strategies as needed to ensure effective learning.  Collaborate with general education teachers to foster inclusive practices across the curriculum.  Maintain proactive communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and necessary support.  Engage in virtual team meetings and participate in professional development opportunities to refine your teaching skills. Required Skills  Proficient in utilizing educational technology and online learning platforms.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.  Demonstrated patience, creativity, and a sincere passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs. Qualifications  Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.  At least 2 years of experience in special education within a school environment.  Valid teaching license with an endorsement in special education.
