Remote Policy Enrollment Agent - Inbound

Overview

This is an inbound enrollment seat for an agent who already knows their way around a policy conversation. People come to you — they've decided they want coverage and need someone to walk them through choosing and enrolling without friction. Because it's all inbound, your day is less about chasing and more about doing the conversation well: clarifying options, answering the real questions, and getting people enrolled accurately the first time. Pay is performance-based and rises with the volume and quality of enrollments you complete. Compensation is commission plus bonuses tied to completed enrollments.

What You'll Do

• Take inbound calls from people ready to look at coverage
• Walk each caller through their policy options clearly
• Answer the detailed questions that come up at enrollment
• Complete enrollments accurately and confirm the details
• Follow up on anything left open so nothing stalls
• Keep enrollment records precise and current

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in insurance, enrollment, or a similar role
• Comfortable handling the details of a policy conversation
• Accurate and thorough — you get the paperwork right
• Calm and clear with callers who have a lot of questions
