[Remote] PLM Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intellectt Inc is seeking a PLM Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of enterprise CAD/CAM and Product Lifecycle Management solutions. The role involves collaborating with various teams, managing PLM transformation initiatives, and providing technical leadership to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and implementation of enterprise CAD/CAM and Product Lifecycle Management solutions for CATIA/Enovia/V5 Windows Client support for best practices, governance models and delivery standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, manufacturing teams to gather requirements and define solution architecture
- Manage end to end PLM transformation initiatives including design collaboration, product lifecycle management, manufacturing process planning and digital continuity
- Monitor project schedules, risk, quality metrics and delivery milestones
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to engineering and support teams
- Lead flawless execution of the Dassault V5 Suite project
- Determine and define project scope and objectives. Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor and track progress by working with Product Owners for work intake and assigning requirements. Proactively measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Assess risk management to minimize potential issues and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders across teams
- Utilize and Agile Workflow and Azure DevOps Boards (ADO) to manage project backlog
- Coordinate Testing environments, Test activities and resources by being a Lead in Planning, Integration Cycle Coordination, Open Testing and Exit Testing for all major and minor release through Agile Methodologies
- Lead in RIPT, BP, Daily Release Management. Stabilization, Automation Planning Meetings, ROM sizing Document and technical diagrams (p370, 140s, SharePoint), VDI's, New Technical Reviews and Tech Insertions)
- Working knowledge of Software Express and Workspace One, will be responsible for assigning workgroups
- Must be able to perform repository merges, setup new branch for release, setup CAXi tools and configurations for the release (caxvars, collectionvars, etc.), setup the Dropbox to accept release code, modify Wix jobs as needed, update packages for Dassault version, Download and build pre-requisites (version of Java, cacerts, etc.), working knowledge of Build the Core Dassault code (V5/ALL), able to send CATOverlays, request feedback for changes, build the Individual Dassault Packages (RADE, SPK, HFX, etc.), update any components that we received new code for (CATSetting, CATEnv's etc.), able to verify CARS content, verify Software Express content and verify Partner content while being able to communicate with the AIX Server side team to meet all deliverables
- Assist in build and extract the Internal IT collections, build command line checkout boxes, send note out for cmdline common checkout, build and unit test all Partner IT collections, build content for Production release, build production collections and configurations for test environments, check on content not received, load early checkout box, assist other integrators as needed, work issues with Jenkins, WIX and artifactory, work issues with in house tools, provide Tier 3 end user support as required, coordinate with other teams (CAD/CAM, IT, Project Managers, Server side, Deem, IPDM, BDS, etc.), coordinate environment setup (workstations, VDI's, etc.), Maintain AD Groups, perform extracts as needed, able to manage document load instructions, rebuild IT environments as needed and Perform occasional troubleshooting
Skills
- 10 + years of proven project management and leadership experience
- Scrum Experience, experience working in an agile environment
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with ADO and Microsoft Project, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams to successful completion
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicators to serve as a lead for various stakeholders by leading executive meetings
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
