Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a Procurement Consultant for a remote opportunity in Arizona. This part-time role involves managing grant-funded procurements and contracts, serving as the primary procurement point of contact, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage all grant-funded procurements and contracts
- Serve as the primary procurement point of contact for the grant
- Participate in planning and project management meetings
- Issue, award, and manage new solicitations including RFPs, RFQs, RFGAs, and Task Orders
- Coordinate and manage ISAs with the Governor's Office, ADHS, and ADES related to the grant
- Ensure alignment of procurement activities with grant requirements, maintaining proper documentation and audit readiness
- Collaborate with program leadership, finance, and the CPO to support agency outcomes and regulatory compliance
Skills
- 5 years of Procurement Experience, with a preference for State and Government Procurement
- Project Management Experience
- Experience with Grants and Grant Contracting
- State and Government Procurement experience is preferred but not required
