Remote Personal Assistant – Content, Branding & Systems Part-Time | Remote

2hours per day/ $250 per month About the Role: We're looking for a creative, highly organised Remote Personal Assistant to join a purpose-driven organisation working in the sustainability and social change space. This is not a traditional PA role. You'll be shaping how we communicate, from newsletters and social content to automations and digital platforms. You'll work closely with our principal to ensure every touchpoint, internal and external, is clear, consistent, and compelling. If you're someone who finds satisfaction in a well-designed template, a perfectly scheduled campaign, or a Zapier workflow that just works, we want to hear from you. About Our Work: We operate at the intersection of science, behaviour, and social impact. Our clients and community are leaders, changemakers, and organisations driving meaningful progress in sustainability and systemic change. An appreciation for evidence-based thinking, particularly around human behaviour and neuroscience, will help you understand and communicate our work with depth and authenticity. That said, this is not a requirement; curiosity and willingness to learn matter far more. What You'll Be Doing Content & Communication Write, edit, format, and schedule newsletters via Substack Create and schedule LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook posts Edit short-form video content using CapCut Draft and format internal and external reports Manage email inboxes and communication flows Support digital content across all platforms Branding & Design Create and maintain professional, on-brand templates in Canva Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials Support the creation of graphics and digital assets Systems & Automation Build and manage workflow automations in Zapier Maintain CRM and platform workflows in Keap and Customer Hub Support basic WordPress updates and content changes Maintain organised digital filing and documentation Project & Platform Support Manage content calendars and scheduling Track deliverables and deadlines across multiple platforms Support community engagement via Circle Assist with Zoom coordination and virtual event logistics Tools You'll Use CategoryDesign & Content Canva · CapCutPlatforms Substack · LinkedIn · Instagram · Facebook · YouTubeProductivity Google Suite · Microsoft Office · Notion · OneDriveCRM & Automation Keap · Customer Hub · ZapierWeb & Community WordPress · CircleCommunication Zoom · Claude AI Who You Are A strong written communicator with exceptional attention to detail Highly organised with a structured, systems-thinking mindset Comfortable working independently across multiple tools and platforms Tech-curious and quick to learn new systems Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented Passionate about meaningful work and making a positive impact Experience in nonprofit, charity, or social impact sectors is a bonus A background in science, health, or behavioural fields is an advantage but absolutely not required
