[Remote] Part-Time Wholesale Mortgage Marketing Specialist (Email & Social Media Focus)

Filo Mortgage, L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Wholesale Mortgage Marketing Specialist with a strong emphasis on email marketing strategies and social media content creation. In this role, you will engage and nurture relationships with mortgage brokers through targeted email campaigns and social media initiatives, promoting our wholesale mortgage rates, programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at mortgage brokers to promote rates, new products, services, and company initiatives
• Create compelling email content, including newsletters, product updates, and educational resources tailored to brokers' needs
• Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to refine and optimize campaigns
• Download lists from loan origination system to support email marketing campaigns
• Implement a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement with mortgage brokers across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
• Create and curate relevant, high-quality content including graphics, articles, and videos that resonate with the mortgage broker audience
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering community engagement and addressing inquiries
• Ensure all marketing communications comply with industry regulations and company policies
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing and social media

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a part-time capacity
