[Remote] Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

They are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant who will design, develop, and own the end-to-end manual and automated tests for assigned releases.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain automation suites using Selenium (Java)/Playwright (Typescript), Appium and REST API frameworks
- Lead and coordinate testing activities for modules, owning quality gates and exit criteria
- Drive in-sprint Agile testing and represent QE in sprint planning, estimation, and risk discussions
- Actively validate user stories within sprint, ensuring early detection
- Contribute to automation stability, optimization, and best practices
- Use AI assisted testing solutions to accelerate the testing tasks (test generation, smart test selection, failure insights, self healing concepts)
- Define and optimize functional, regression and E2E execution strategies leveraging shared frameworks and cloud platforms
Skills
- Automation: Selenium / Playwright, REST API Strong Hands-on: 3-5 years E2E digital flow testing and automation across apps (Mobile, Web, bots). Understanding of validation checks (auth, payments, order flow)
- Programming Language: Java / C# / Python / Typescript Strong
- Hands-on: 2-4 years Knowledge of customer journey flows, middleware interactions, and backend integrations
- SQL knowledge Intermediate: 2-3 years
- Mobile automation: Appium (Intermediate: 2-3 years)
- Gitlab, CI/CD tools Intermediate: 2-3 years
- Test Grid / Tosca automation (Intermediate: 2-3 years)
- Manual Testing Expert: 2-4 years
- SQL knowledge for transaction and user flow data
- Test Management tools: JIRA, Qtest Expert: 2-4 years
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
