[Remote] Order Management Specialist (Customer Support)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infosoft, Inc. is seeking an Order Management Specialist (Customer Support) who will be part of the Customer Service Material Logistics group. This role is responsible for managing and fulfilling medical equipment spare parts orders while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls & emails
- Research and escalate spare part/tool orders
- Track shipments & back orders
- Interact with internal teams (field service engineers) and external vendors/carriers
- Use tools: SAP, Outlook, FedEx/DHL systems
Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of work experience (not straight out of high school)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service focus—clear communication via phone & email
- Core Attributes: Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Strong commitment to customer support and teamwork
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions

- Call center experience not required
- SAP experience: Not required (system is highly customized)
- Flexibility to cover other shifts during staffing shortages
- Participation in an on-call rotation every eight weeks
