[Remote] Operations Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ActionLink is hiring a driven Operations Specialist to help execute and elevate our client programs. You will manage timelines, analyze performance, and streamline processes to ensure flawless delivery and strong results.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute merchandising projects from launch to completion
- Track timelines, monitor KPIs, and ensure all deliverables stay on target
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive seamless program execution
- Evaluate performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Oversee data quality, performance analysis and reporting for client programs
- Act as a cross-functional partner to drive alignment and program success
- Lead QA efforts and identify opportunities for continous improvement
- Provide operational support as needed while ensuring compliance with company guidelines
Skills
- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical thinker with solid problem solving abilities
- Excellent time management, organization and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Access to quiet work space with reliable high-speed internet connectivity and smartphone
- Comfortable working on a company-issued laptop for extended periods throughout the day
- Valid driver's license and be able to rent a car under ActionLink's corporate insurance standards
- Able to travel locally by vehicle and/or nationally by plane as needed or requested
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Background in account management or operations with client-facing exposure
