[Remote] Operations Analyst

They are seeking an Operations Analyst to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, focusing on data management, metrics and reporting, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights and identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers using structured analytical methods
- Design, maintain, and improve new and existing workflows and business processes to increase efficiency
- Build and maintain automated reports and Power BI dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders, detailing operational scorecards and overall program progress
- Create automated and robust data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, and combining data sources
- Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking
Skills
- 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
- Advanced skills in Power BI development, Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas, etc.) and Power Query required
- Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
