[Remote] Online Sales Coach - Do You Convert

They are seeking an Online Sales Coach to assist with the onboarding and training of new Online Sales Specialists, facilitate recruiting processes, and conduct training presentations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding of new Online Sales Specialists and facilitate the DYC Fast Start and Online Sales Academy 30 day training programs
- Work with builder partners to facilitate the recruiting and hiring process for Online Sales Specialist role
- Assist with CRM set up and training
- Assist with Call Tracking set up and training
- Assist with Video Email set up and training
- Conduct training presentations when needed - to include Lasso, Hubspot, Bomb Bomb, CallRail, and core Online Sales fundamentals
- Collaborate with the team to create new content and training presentations
Skills
- Proven track record of success working as an Online Sales Specialist in the home building industry
