[Remote] OEM Account Manager - TX/LA/OK

They are seeking an experienced OEM Strategic Account Manager to strengthen existing relationships, develop new business, and serve as a strategic partner to key equipment manufacturers throughout the South Central U.S.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic OEM accounts throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Mexico
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive long-term revenue growth and increase market share
- Build trusted relationships with engineering, purchasing, operations, and executive decision-makers within OEM organizations
- Identify and pursue new OEM opportunities while expanding existing customer partnerships
- Partner closely with applications engineering, product management, and internal support teams to deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive activity, and customer product development initiatives
- Travel approximately 50–75% throughout the territory to support customers and develop new business
Skills
- 5+ years of successful OEM sales experience within hydraulics, fluid power, motion control, or other engineered industrial products
- Demonstrated success developing strategic OEM relationships and growing complex accounts
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand hydraulic systems and engineered solutions
- Consultative sales approach with experience selling to engineering, operations, purchasing, and executive stakeholders
- Self-motivated professional capable of managing a multi-state territory with a high degree of autonomy
