[Remote] NetSuite Client Services Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. E78 is seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant/Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will lead the full project lifecycle of NetSuite implementations, guiding clients from discovery through go-live while managing executive relationships and delivering transformative ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the full project lifecycle of NetSuite implementations, from requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration through data migration, testing, training, and go-live support
- Serve as the primary client-facing consultant and trusted advisor, managing executive relationships and aligning NetSuite capabilities to business objectives
- Architect NetSuite solutions across core modules including Financials, Order Management, Inventory/WMS, CRM, and SuiteCommerce
- Design and oversee custom development work (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk/REST APIs) in collaboration with technical teams
- Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and process improvement workshops with client stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level consultants, providing technical guidance, QA oversight, and career development support
- Define and maintain project scope, timelines, resource plans, and budgets; proactively manage risks and escalations
- Develop and maintain implementation methodologies, reusable templates, and internal best practices
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, SOW development, and solution presentations
Skills
- 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience, with a minimum of 5 full end-to-end implementations delivered as lead consultant or project owner
- Proven expertise across NetSuite's core functional modules (Financials, SuiteBilling, Inventory, Procurement, and/or CRM)
- Strong understanding of NetSuite's technical framework including SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, custom records, and CSV imports
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects and multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to engage confidently at the C-suite level
- NetSuite ERP Consultant certification (required); NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification (strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline (CPA, CMA, or relevant coursework a strong plus)
- Hands-on experience with financial close processes, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and multi-subsidiary/multi-currency environments
- Familiarity with adjacent platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or third-party 3PL integrations
- Prior experience in a consulting firm or as an independent NetSuite practice lead
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteCommerce Advanced, or OpenAir (NetSuite PSA)
- PMP or other project management certification
