[Remote] National Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FGI Industries is looking for an experienced National Account Manager to lead and grow their key retail partnership with Menards. The role involves managing account growth, driving sales, and collaborating across various functions to enhance business performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Menards account
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Lead forecasting, assortment planning, pricing, and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate new product launches and product line reviews
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
- Present business insights, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership
Skills
- 5+ years of National Account or Key Account Management experience
- Experience with U.S. retail, big-box, or home improvement customers
- Strong analytical, forecasting, pricing, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within the United States
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/EDI systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Menards experience is a strong asset
