[Remote] MSP Program Manager - K-12 Clinical Staffing

They are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Managed Services Provider program, ensuring the fulfillment of staffing needs for clinical services in school districts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned K-12 school district clients, building strong relationships with district administrators, special education leadership, and procurement stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end MSP program, ensuring successful fulfillment of clinical and related services staffing needs
- Lead and coordinate multiple staffing suppliers, driving accountability, performance, and service excellence
- Conduct regular business reviews with district leadership, providing workforce analytics, hiring trends, supplier performance metrics, and strategic recommendations
- Facilitate vendor communication, issue resolution, and escalation management while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
- Monitor requisition activity, candidate pipelines, fill rates, time-to-fill metrics, compliance requirements, and contract performance
- Collaborate with internal recruiting, operations, compliance, credentialing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop proactive workforce strategies to address staffing shortages and seasonal hiring demands
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations related to education staffing and credentialing
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, vendor performance, and overall client outcomes
- Prepare and present detailed reporting and executive-level updates to stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of program management, account management, or MSP experience
- Experience supporting K-12 school districts with clinical or related services staffing
- Experience serving as the primary client-facing contact for school district leadership
- Experience managing multiple staffing vendors within an MSP or vendor management environment
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce management and supplier performance
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary staffing programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce metrics and provide actionable insights
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Beeline, Fieldglass, SimpleVMS, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting large public school districts or educational service agencies
- Knowledge of special education staffing regulations and credentialing requirements
- PMP, CCWP, or related certifications
- Experience in healthcare staffing, education staffing, or workforce solutions
