[Remote] Mortgage Sr. Wholesale Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Spring EQ is a national home equity lender providing flexible and tailored financing solutions. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers while marketing lending products.
Responsibilities
- Performs initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinates broker approval process
- Collaborates with leadership to develop/implement marketing strategies within assigned territory/account list
- Conducts presentations to promote Spring and present our process, product and technology platforms
- Collaborates with loan operations team to manage pipeline
- Ensures that clients understand the Company’s loan processing, underwriting and closing processes
- Provides brokers/bankers with information to access current rate sheets and product guidelines
- Provides technical training and support to clients with regard to Company technology platform
- Performs related duties as assigned
Skills
- 2+ years of mortgage or home equity industry experience required
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
- Enthusiastically contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- The team member demonstrates an ability to meet and exceed goals as an individual contributor
- We work hard to stay updated with the industry technology, therefore we need our team members to learn new technology quickly

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
