Pursue new business avenues through proactive lead generation and strategic networking. Meet and surpass sales targets while prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction. Employ technology effectively by utilizing CRM systems and other tools to manage leads and optimize workflows. Required Skills A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive loan origination experience, ideally within a call center setting. Extensive understanding of both conventional and government loan programs, encompassing purchase and refinance options. Valid Texas DBO and NMLS licenses. Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude. A dedicated, results-driven approach paired with a commendable work ethic.
