[Remote] Mission Critical BAS/BMS Master Field Engineer - Automated Logic

As a Master Field Engineer at Automated Logic, you will lead complex commissioning and troubleshooting of building automation systems, mentor junior technicians, and ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning and optimization of advanced BAS for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues across multiple platforms (WebCTRL®, Niagara, Schneider, Honeywell)
- Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks
- Configure controls, trends, alarms, and reports; manage secure network connections
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
- Deliver customer training and ensure systems perform exactly as promised
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or technical field
- Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade
- Capable of lifting items up to 50lbs
- Valid and current Driver's License and can be insured by the company's insurance
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or related field
- Proficient with advanced building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls
- Ability to navigate and integrate into a variety of building automation systems
- Expert with TCP/IP networks including wireless technology
- Experience interacting with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
