  • Engage with prospective clients through outbound telemarketing calls and virtual meetings to promote Medicare insurance plans.
  • Provide clear, detailed explanations of various Medicare options, including Part A, B, C, and D plans, ensuring clients understand their choices.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify the most suitable insurance solutions for each client’s unique circumstances.
  • Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure the best possible coverage options while maintaining compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage sales administration tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase client engagement and retention.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering trust and long-term relationships.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with insurance sales processes or telemarketing techniques is highly desirable.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant plus, enabling effective communication with diverse client populations.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans confidently.
  • Experience in sales administration or benefits administration helps streamline workflow and improve customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for explaining complex insurance concepts clearly.
