[Remote] Marketing Manager

Global Recruiters of Lowcountry (GRN) is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager of Marketing to lead integrated marketing initiatives for an outdoor lifestyle apparel brand. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, wholesale growth, and customer engagement through comprehensive marketing strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives, with a focus on wholesale and retail partner success
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with seasonal launches and key accounts
- Translate brand vision into compelling campaigns that resonate with wholesale buyers and end consumers
- Create and implement marketing programs that support wholesale accounts, including co-op campaigns, sell-in tools, and retail activation strategies
- Collaborate with key retail partners to drive sell-through via customized marketing support
- Lead seasonal campaign planning and execution across digital, social, email, PR, and events
- Oversee content development including photography, video, and copy to ensure brand consistency
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and performance tracking
- Drive digital marketing efforts including paid media, email marketing, and social media to support brand and revenue goals
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI and engagement
- Leverage customer and market insights to refine targeting and messaging
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels and touchpoints
- Partner with internal and external creative teams to produce high-quality, on-brand assets
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines
- Manage and mentor marketing team members and external agencies
- Oversee agency relationships, budgets, and deliverables
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods
- Strong experience in wholesale/B2B marketing and retail partnerships
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- MUST be comfortable with off site, destination photoshoots outside of traditional office hours
- Experience working with wholesale apparel brands or showroom environments
- Familiarity with trade marketing and industry events (e.g., market weeks, trade shows)
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
