[Remote] Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive Web Performance: Own day-to-day website content updates, conversion optimization, and user experience enhancements to keep our digital front door pristine
- Supercharge GEO: Execute and track cutting-edge GEO initiatives – through proactive content optimization – ensuring our brand dominates search visibility and authority in our values
- Turn Data into Action: Monitor analytics across our website and campaigns to deliver actionable insights that fuel audience growth
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner with developers, agency allies, and content creators to build and launch high-impact multimedia marketing campaigns
- Own the Feed: Orchestrate scheduling, planning, and campaign coordination across our corporate social channels
- Engage & Optimize: Keep a pulse on channel metrics and engagement data, constantly tweaking our approach to maximize brand voice and reach
- Quarterback Events: Work side-by-side with our Event Manager to plan and execute standout activations—ranging from intimate, 10-person VIP roundtables to massive industry events (both virtual and live)
- Produce Stunning Collateral: Collaborate with our design team to steer the production of eye-catching marketing materials, signage, and print collateral
- Budget Stewardship: Manage project budgets like an owner, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a clear focus on ROI
Skills
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of bringing cross-functional projects across the finish line
- Strong grasp of website management, SEO tools, and digital analytics
- Familiarity with MSFT Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Unbounce, and Canva
- Genuine appetite to learn the ins and outs of the data center and tech infrastructure industries
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track
- Creative, confident thinker who collaborates seamlessly with everyone from graphic designers to executive leadership
- Prior data center experience
