[Remote] Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Marketing Manager to accelerate their growth by managing integrated marketing campaigns, optimizing email programs, and supporting brand visibility across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across digital, paid, earned, and owned channels to drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately AUM growth across our ETF lineup
- Help build and optimize email programs for advisors, institutional investors, and retail subscribers—including newsletters, product launches, market commentary, and nurture campaigns
- Ideate and manage paid campaigns across a range of platforms and relevant industry publications. Track budget allocation, targeting, creative testing, and ROI analysis
- Support the growth of Tema’s brand, product visibility, and influence across established platforms including X, LinkedIn, and Instagram, while helping identify and activate emerging channels such as Reddit, Substack, blogs, and other forms of user-generated content
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, roadshows, webinars, and advisor events — from logistics and collateral through to follow-up and lead nurture
- Protect brand consistency across every touchpoint and partner closely with Compliance to ensure all materials meet regulatory requirements
Skills
- 2-5 years of marketing experience, ideally with meaningful time in asset management or adjacent financial services (strongly preferred)
- A genuine grasp of the ETF industry, the audiences it serves (financial advisors, RIAs, institutional allocators, self-directed investors), and how investment products are marketed within a regulated environment
- Demonstrable hands-on experience across a broad marketing stack, rather than deep specialization in one channel only
- Strong writer and editor. You can take a dense investment thesis and turn it into something clear, compelling, and on-brand
- Adept at leveraging AI
- Comfort with marketing tools—CRM, CMS, Google Analytics, Ad Campaign Management, and social/scheduling tools
- Analytical and commercial mindset: You can measure and communicate what matters, and can connect marketing activity to sales pipeline and AUM outcomes
- A self-starter who operates with ownership and speed. You don't wait for perfect briefs; you ship, learn, and iterate
- Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable in a small-team environment where roles flex and priorities shift
