[Remote] Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brakes Catering Equipment is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their Medina business. The role involves devising and implementing customer-facing marketing activities and multi-channel campaigns to grow sales and customer loyalty for Medina Foodservice.
Responsibilities
- Devise and implement annual plan of marketing activity, work with Head of Operations & Sales and Head of Promotions & Loyalty Marketing to agree content to grow sales
- Agree promotional content with internal Procurement teams and deliver customer-facing promotional activity to support sales colleagues and commercial objectives
- Assist in planning and full responsibility for the execution of tactical & seasonal campaigns to support sales growth; including website and email
- Devise Marketing activity to complement new launches, working closely with Procurement colleagues
- Work closely with Sysco GB analysts to measure and report on marketing activity performance
- Responsibility for briefing, managing critical paths and budgets with agency partners; including print, design, socials & PR
- Develop the relationship with Contact Centre Managers, including monthly marketing activity briefings
- Work with finance and analysts to identify growth opportunities
- Support in key projects and deputise for Head of Promotions & Loyalty Marketing when required
Skills
- Proven experience in similar role at Marketing Manager level
- Strong stakeholder management ability
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels
- Ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Experience of omni-channel (offline and digital) marketing campaigns
- Understanding of performance metrics and reporting
