[Remote] Marketing Content Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harvey Nash USA is seeking a talented Content Marketing Lead to support a leading global technology client. This role focuses on developing and executing content strategies that empower small business customers and involves creating various forms of impactful content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy focused on empowering small business customers
- Create long-form playbooks, customer success stories, thought leadership articles, and research-driven content
- Translate a complex portfolio of products into clear, engaging, customer-focused narratives
- Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Insights, Communications, and Web teams to deliver consistent messaging across the customer journey
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategy using engagement metrics and customer insights
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Editorial Strategy, Brand Copywriting, or Content Strategy
- Strong portfolio showcasing business guides, playbooks, case studies, and thought leadership content
- Experience creating content for B2B and/or SMB audiences
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content strategy skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
- Self-motivated with excellent project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience building or launching new content programs from the ground up
- Strong understanding of the small business ecosystem and customer journey
- Experience using content performance metrics and analytics to optimize content
- Experience supporting global or regional marketing initiatives
