[Remote] Marketing Communications Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Phillips Medisize is seeking an Integrated Marketing Communications Manager to join their integrated marketing communications team. This role supports the pharmaceutical segment by developing and executing marketing communication strategies and plans to enhance brand engagement and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between the pharma segment marketing team and the broader integrated marketing communications team and corporate marketing team; develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical segment to be able to recommend effective communication strategies
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans and strategies that drive action and build brand preference with pharmaceutical customers
- Plan and manage the development of marketing materials and assets for sales enablement, email communications, trade shows, public relations, social media, our global website and other digital channels
- Determine appropriate measurement plans and KPIs for campaigns and channels as needed
- Utilize marketing technology platforms (Salesforce, Marketo) to help further define customer segments and develop email campaigns
- Cultivate and write meaningful content that resonates with target customers, builds preference for our brand and capabilities, and empowers our sales team with a consistent narrative and functional sales materials
- Develop customer case studies (written and video)
- Manage external vendor relationships when necessary (creative, digital, writing)
- Be a brand steward, ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines in all project executions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field with 5-7 years of product marketing and/or marketing communications experience; OR master's degree in marketing, business or related field with 3-5 years of product marketing and/or marketing communications experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience within healthcare, med device, pharmaceutical, or CDMO
- Experience developing and managing marketing communication plans and strategies, including writing and developing content and assets to support business goals
- Experience working within the medical / pharmaceutical / pharma drug delivery and manufacturing industry
- Experience and knowledge of the medical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) industry
- Experience collaborating with a team that develops multichannel campaigns that effectively target and influence customers
- Experience in trade show strategy and messaging development
- Experience creating B2B content for marketing technical services
- Experience collaborating with and managing vendor partners
- Proven experience in using marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo; as well as website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
