[Remote] Manager, Revenue Finance Reimbursement

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Beth Israel Lahey Health is a new integrated health system that includes various medical facilities and partners. The Manager will support the integration of revenue valuation and reimbursement units, oversee net revenue valuation and analytics, and provide strategic solutions for optimizing reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 1-3 members of the Revenue Finance department
• Provide day to day support to the team, including communicating the Department’s vision and goals, creating team goals, and motivating and engaging team members to achieve goals

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related fields required
• 5 to 8 years of progressively increasing experience in healthcare finance or related field
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: finance, accounting, statistical analysis, and/or healthcare delivery systems
• Must be able to handle multiple, complex tasks and priorities
• Requires superior interpersonal skills to effectively supervise staff and communicate with all levels of management
• Must be a highly self-motivated individual with the ability to function in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision and direction
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Must be able to effectively mentor staff and foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following software products and systems, including MS Office, HFS, EPIC, and Crowe
• Must be a dedicated team player with the willingness and desire to learn and grow within the organization
• Experience with healthcare revenue related functions, such as net revenue, government reimbursement, revenue cycle
