[Remote] Legal Recruiter - AI Tech Startup

KP Recruiting Group is representing a next generation law company that is transforming corporate legal services through innovative technology. They are seeking a Legal Recruiter to source and hire legal professionals, collaborate with the legal team, and build talent pipelines in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Responsibilities
- Source and hire legal professionals including contract lawyers, paralegals, and commercial counsel by end of year
- Work closely with our legal team to understand skill requirements and conduct quality assessments
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across law schools, legal staffing agencies, and professional networks
- Lead high-volume recruiting initiatives from initial sourcing to successful placement
- Research and map legal talent markets to identify optimal sourcing strategies and candidate profiles
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Track record of scaling talent acquisition
- Source and hire legal professionals including contract lawyers, paralegals, and commercial counsel by end of year
- Work closely with our legal team to understand skill requirements and conduct quality assessments
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across law schools, legal staffing agencies, and professional networks
- Lead high-volume recruiting initiatives from initial sourcing to successful placement
- Research and map legal talent markets to identify optimal sourcing strategies and candidate profiles
- Comfortable in an IC role
- 3+ years of experience of recruiting experience, ideally in an in-house and agency capacity
- Demonstrated track record of top performance, i.e. placing 20+ legal hires annually with measurable success
- Bachelor's degree from Top 50 University
- High-volume sourcing and candidate generation
- Proficient in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building with top-tier talent
- Bonus points if you have in-house recruiting experience at a fast-growing company
