The role involves full-cycle attorney recruiting, managing client relationships, and leveraging existing networks to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Responsibilities
- Running full-cycle attorney recruiting — sourcing, vetting, and placing associates, partners, in-house counsel, and legal support talent
- Leveraging your existing network alongside LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and job boards to build a strong, steady pipeline
- Owning client relationships — understanding hiring needs and delivering candidates who actually fit
- Managing your own calendar, your own outreach style, and your own approach to closing
- Staying sharp on legal market trends, comp benchmarks, and where the best talent is moving
- Proven full-cycle experience as a legal recruiter, with a track record specifically in attorney placements
- Real working knowledge of law firm structures, practice areas, and how legal hiring actually moves
- The self-discipline to thrive independently — no one's watching the clock but you
- Strong client instincts and the communication skills to match
