[Remote] Learning & Development Instructional Design Partner
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. QVC Group is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands, and they are seeking a Learning & Development Instructional Design Partner. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining learning programs to empower business units, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop learning content and materials to meet learning objectives
- Oversee end-to-end design projects, including eLearning and Instructor-led content
- Consult with SMEs to conduct needs analysis and develop learning solutions
- Create and maintain learning materials, such as eLearning courses, Facilitator Guides, SOPs, and more
- Evaluate content and Learner experiences to spearhead improvements
- Facilitate meetings and Trainings. Observe customer interactions and Training with regularity
- Participate in the development of Learning Assessments designed to evaluate understand, knowledge retention, and practical application
- Stay connected to the state of the business and new strategies to proactively evaluate next steps for the Learning & Development function
- Collects and monitor data related to Learning Programs
Skills
- 3+ years' experience developing and/or facilitating for adult learning programs
- Understanding of Instructional Design principles and Adult Learning Theory
- Manage end-to-end design projects leveraging the ADDIE model
- Passion for developing interactive learning programs using a variety of methods and media
- Experience working in Contact Centers, Customer Service, and/or high-volume Operations
- Proficiency with the Articulate Suite and LMS administration
