Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vertraus, Inc. is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation Consultant to support multiple CRM implementation initiatives. The role involves leading implementation projects, designing CRM entities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects
- Design CRM entities, relationships, and workflows
- Define data governance and security models
- Support data migration and integration validation
- Drive UAT, go-live readiness, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders
Skills
- Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience
- CRM functional design & data modeling
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Data migration, cleansing, mapping, and validation
- UAT planning and business process optimization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Higher education experience
- Relationship-based CRM modeling experience
- Experience supporting first-time CRM implementations
