Remote Large Animal Credentialed Vet Tech/Non Credentialed Veterinary Support Staff

Veterinary Industry Representative (Large Animal Focus) The Veterinary Industry Representative (VIR) position (with a large animal focus) is responsible for responding to incoming cases through reputed company reputed company telephone and email regarding potential adverse events and other questions or concerns from pet owners and veterinary professionals reputed company to various large animal products. The VIR will take full histories and details of the events, triage the cases, and provide accurate medical, health, and safety information to the callers. VIR's document each case in an electronic record and follow up as necessary to ensure the well-being of the animals and facilitate adverse event reporting. The position also helps to support the reimbursement process, as needed. Given the nature of the position, many callers are under stressful circumstances and are therefore in distress. VIRs must be able to manage cases under pressure and be comfortable talking to people in various emotional states. Full Time Schedule Day Shift

• Works 40 hours per week, 8.5 hour shifts, Monday-Friday.
• Shifts will vary between the hours of 7am-5pm CST.
• Schedules are issued several weeks in advance. Training Experience in adverse event management is NOT required - we will train you on everything you need to know. As a result, the training is extensive and takes 8-12 weeks up reputed company. Training is paid and conducted remotely. Training schedule will be Monday-Friday with varying hours between 7am-5pm CST. Required Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Minimum required 2 years of experience in a large animal or mixed animal veterinary clinic/hospital working as a credentialed veterinary technician or non credentialed veterinary support staff.
• Ability to work varying shifts.
• Above average proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, bolthires Office, and common computer software and hardware.
• Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, ratios and percentages.
• Verbal and written communication that is clear, concise, accurate, professional, empathetic, and compassionate on a regular basis, including during stressful or high-pressure situations and interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and spelling with the ability to accurately enter data with reputed company few errors.
• Ability to attend to multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to gather and analyze reputed company or diverse information.

• Maintain confidentiality of clients’ products, procedures, and case detail as well as SCI’s operating procedures.

Pay & Benefits
• The starting reputed company reputed company of pay is between $21-23/hour.
