Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Kansai language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
- Native-level fluency in Kansai dialect
- Deep, practical understanding of the dialect's nuances
- Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects can substitute for a formal degree
- Clear, metacognitive communication—'showing your work'—is essential
