[Remote] Junior Account Manager - Allied

They are seeking a Junior Account Manager to support the growth of their Allied Healthcare division by developing client relationships and driving new business while delivering exceptional service throughout the staffing process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Account Manager for designated Allied Healthcare clients
- Build consultative, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and providing exceptional service
- Manage the full client lifecycle, including job intake, candidate submissions, client feedback, offers, placements, onboarding, and ongoing account support
- Monitor active assignments and collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve issues
- Maintain accurate client, job order, and activity records in CRM, VMS platforms, and internal systems
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts and gain access to additional hiring managers or MSP programs
- Partner with the Director of Client Services to identify and pursue new Allied Healthcare clients
- Research prospective customers and conduct business development outreach through emails, calls, and discovery meetings
- Support onboarding documentation and implementation for new client accounts
- Once new accounts are established, lead job intake conversations and develop staffing strategies to deliver successful placements
- Prepare and submit qualified candidates through multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS) accurately and on time
- Assist with credentialing coordination and compliance requirements
- Work cross-functionally with recruiting, operations, finance, and credentialing teams to deliver a seamless client and candidate experience
- Support collection efforts for assigned accounts as needed
- Participate in team meetings, client visits, conferences, and company events as needed
Skills
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and build a successful career in client services and healthcare staffing
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, customer service, account management, or sales preferred
