[Remote] Junior Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dumaplast USA is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support the Key Account Manager in managing business with Key Customers. The role involves driving sales, improving store-level execution, and promoting product knowledge across locations.
Responsibilities
- Support store visits to Key Customer locations to assist with training on product features, installation, and selling techniques
- Reinforce product knowledge with store associates to help improve customer experience and sell-through
- Assist at Key Customer Pro Events to promote the brand and support engagement with professional customers
- Build and maintain working relationships with store teams and support communication with Customer contacts
- Help execute merchandising programs, promotions, and assortment initiatives in stores
- Support communication of pricing, product positioning, and company priorities
- Maintain accurate records of activities, visits, and feedback using internal systems (Teams)
- Provide basic market feedback on competition, product performance, and store insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches and merchandising updates
- Participate in trade shows and events as needed
- Follow company guidelines for travel planning and expense reporting
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Skills
- Associates Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to work with complex retail customers or multi‑location accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
- Microsoft Teams proficiency and strong overall computer literacy
- Preferably two (2) years of sales experience
