Responsibilities
Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Collaborate with the customer's team to provide high-quality input and feedback that enhances AI model training and evaluation processes Translate and adapt marketing content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy for Japanese-speaking audiences Analyze and critique marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, contributing expert insights on best practices Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while managing sensitive project information Document and report on project outcomes, providing structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices Skills Have native-level Japanese language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills Possess a bachelor's degree or higher Have a minimum of experience in marketing and hands-on experience with marketing documentation Have experience in a Fortune 500 company or exposure to high-standard, global marketing environments Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with expertise in creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations Exhibit attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess document quality and effectiveness Company Overview Crossing Hurdles connects skilled professionals with opportunities across AI training platforms and high-growth companies.
