Remote Itinerary Specialist

We're looking for an organized and detail oriented Remote Itinerary Specialist to coordinate travel plans, manage reservation details, and ensure every client's itinerary is accurate, organized, and ready for departure. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, customer service, and keeping multiple moving parts organized while creating seamless travel experiences. In this role, you'll use established systems, digital tools, and comprehensive training to organize travel itineraries, coordinate reservations, monitor booking progress, and communicate with clients throughout the planning process. You'll work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
