[Remote] IT Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stand8 Technology Consulting provides end-to-end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States. The IT Project Manager will focus on managing a high-volume portfolio of web-based design and development projects, translating strategic direction into actionable plans while coordinating with various teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans in coordination with internal teams, assign resources, and set deadlines
- Monitor progress by identifying and resolving bottlenecks or risks to maintain project timelines and deliverables
- Translate strategic direction and stakeholder feedback into practical project plans
- Ensure all internal project resources are aligned by organizing internal team meetings to maintain momentum and clarity with project tasks
- Proactively identify issues that could affect timelines or quality and take steps to mitigate them
- Provide regular project status reports to supervisors and internal stakeholders, outlining progress, potential risks, and solutions
- Ensure that all projects meet organizational standards for quality and performance
- Support web design and development projects across audits, remediation, redesigns, rebuilds, graphic design, email, PDF, print, UX/UI, QA, and delivery workflows
- Coordinate release-related processes, including code repository workflows, tagging, staging, and production release activities
- Identify new business opportunities and communicate with Client Account Manager for follow up
- In addition to the specific duties outlined above, you may be required to perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor or management
Skills
- Experience with project management software ClickUp
- Experience managing a technical project, such as a website, through all steps of the software development cycle
- Experience managing graphic design, digital, print and PDF production projects
- Ability to adapt to strict client requirements for data handling and general security best practices and processes
- Fluent in English
- Eastern (GMT-5) working hours
- Waterfall and agile methodology is a plus
- Experience with video projects is a plus
- Content Management System (Drupal, WordPress, Shopify, AEM) experience-as a user or content manager-is a plus
