[Remote] Integration Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ArrowCore Group is seeking an Integration Program Manager to drive the integration of two legacy companies. The role involves program coordination, risk management, and cross-functional dependency management to ensure the integration is completed successfully.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and maintain the master integration plan across all 9 workstreams and 40+ sub-tracks
- Serve as the single source of truth for program status, decisions, risks, and milestones
- Run daily and weekly stakeholder cadences across the leadership
- Immediately take ownership of any critical open blockers
- Assign owners, set deadlines, and escalate to leadership when decisions stall
- Ensure that no workstream is unknowingly blocked by another
- Maintain and actively manage the integration risk register
- Monitor regulatory sequencing: FCC VoIP registration transfer, DNC VDA, SOC 2 continuity, and combined-entity sales tax setup
- Surface compliance gaps early before they become regulatory events or customer-facing issues
- Own the master integration timeline from now through full integration (target: H1 2027)
- Hold workstream leads accountable to milestones; escalate slippage before it compounds
- Map and continuously update cross-workstream dependencies (e.g., the HubSpot-to-Salesforce CRM migration alone has 6 downstream dependencies)
- Coordinate across product, IT, legal, HR, finance, GTM, and customer success leads
- Manage the billing/invoicing system buildout as a cross-workstream dependency touching Product, GTM, Finance, and IT
Skills
- 3 8 years of post-merger integration, program management, or M&A operations experience
- Demonstrated experience managing programs with 5+ concurrent workstreams and cross-functional dependencies
- Proficiency with project/program management tooling (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or equivalent)
- Experience building and maintaining risk registers and escalation frameworks
- Calm under pressure able to stay organized and decisive when multiple workstreams are in motion simultaneously
- Strong communicator equally effective delivering a status update to a CEO and a technical brief to a systems team
- Diplomatically persistent can hold people accountable to deadlines without creating friction or resentment
- Comfortable with ambiguity many decisions are still TBD; this person writes the playbook, not follows one
- Builder mindset energized by creating structure where none exists, not by maintaining existing processes
- Prior work in SaaS, B2B tech, or telecom/communications is a strong plus
