Remote Insurance Defense Attorney (3-12+ Years’)
We are seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney for our Paramus office. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation, and/ or other insurance defense matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
- Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
- Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
- Handle civil case through trial
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey, with licenses in New York and New Jersey a bonus (additional state licensure is a plus)
- 3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
- Experience in personal injury litigation, and/ or other insurance defense matters. (Required)
