[Remote] Inside Sales Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Würth MRO, Safety, & Metalworking is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow their book of business. The role involves maintaining client relationships, generating new business, resolving customer issues, and meeting sales performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
- Track account activity and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective customers to build a strong sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs
- Schedule meetings or demos as appropriate to advance opportunities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Investigate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Partner with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and forecasts
Skills
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a sales-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
