[Remote] Information Technology Service Management Consultant

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a global leader in the design and manufacture of consumer and safety products, seeking an experienced Freshservice Developer to enhance IT Service Management solutions. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing Freshservice platforms to improve operational efficiency and user experience through workflow automation and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Freshservice modules including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
- Design and implement workflows, automations, orchestration rules, and business processes
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom scripting
- Customize service catalogs, portals, forms, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
- Configure SLA policies, business rules, and operational metrics
- Integrate Freshservice with cloud, identity management, monitoring, and security platforms
- Support platform upgrades, data migrations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ITSM solutions
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Freshservice administration and development experience
- Strong experience with Freshservice workflows, automation, orchestration, and platform customization
- Proficiency with JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
- Experience integrating Freshservice with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management processes and best practices
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Freshservice or Freshworks certifications
- Experience with Freshworks Neo Platform and custom application development
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
- Experience supporting large enterprise IT environments
- Familiarity with identity management, security, and IT automation solutions
