[Remote] Industrial Trades Recruiter

The role involves connecting candidates with job opportunities in light industrial and skilled trades, building relationships, and managing the recruitment process from interviews to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Hunt down top talent for warehouse, assembly, forklift, production, and skilled trades roles like welders, industrial electricians, and equipment maintenance technicians
- Build relationships with candidates, clients, trade schools, and community organizations. Networking is our superpower
- Interview like a pro and create candidate profiles that wow clients and show off each applicant’s skills
- Partner with a Subject Matter Expert to learn more about versatile skill sets and expand your expertise with specialized, niche positions
- Coordinate everything from interviews to offers to onboarding — you’re the glue that keeps it all together
- Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining a strong pipeline of ready-to-go talent
- Track your progress in the ATS like a champ, because organized = unstoppable
Skills
- 2+ years in recruiting or staffing, preferably in light industrial, skilled trades, or high-volume environments
- You're a people person — communication and relationship-building are second nature
- You love a good challenge and stay cool under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and time management = your secret weapons
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms like Bullhorn or SmartSearch
- You're adaptable, fast-moving, and always ready to switch gears when priorities shift
- Willing to work on weekends when needed
- Have you recruited for light industrial or skilled trade roles—such as warehouse associates, assemblers, or forklift operators?
- Experience in automotive manufacturing, production, or other industrial sectors
- Creative sourcing skills — you know how to find purple squirrels
- Familiarity with contract/project-based recruitment (especially traveling roles)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations — we like brains and hustle
